I cant expct any other to understand
my compulsion, with food, that is with me all my life, on hand
For this new day, i do have a plan
for this new day, i do have a vision, i know what has to happen man
For my plan,
is my quest, and mission, to
Be a. Better man, the very best that i know that i can
So as i know, the sacrifices are great
but as i know so very well, i am, minute by minute, making it happen, and im changing my life, living, and love fate
When your way over weight
even looking in the mirror, at yourself, even you ,YOU-- hate
When your way over weight
you just feel, weak, not at your best or great
Some folks may say, that being way over weight that They are at there happiest
i can only say, as for me, it brings me down, and i feel,so much less
I cant expect any other to understand
those who do not know, what it is like to have the burden, of having an earting disorder, compulsive over eatter as me, feeling less grand than i know that i am
i know this feeling of lonliness oh too well
and for too long, i keep this story to myself, but now as i have my positive momentum, my story of success, i am going to share with the world and tell
For those with an eatting disorder , i know how your livng in living hell
until you get a grasp on your addiction, and get your momentum, then your story with another share and motivate another with inspiration, courage and commitment to tell
An addictin with food, is bad enough, bulimic, anorexic, compulsive over eatter, its so exhausting for sure
we all have to eat, , that we all know, for our health and wellbeing to go on and healthily endure
With any addiction, before we even take forward a single step
a promise to ourselves, of change, to rearrange has to be kept
Set short realistic, attainable baby steps and goal
take charge , be commited complete and full
with an eatting disorder, you just cant expect, any other to fully understand
your life changing, rearranging, mission, mentally, physically, and spiritually, that right in front of you is at hand
Only those who know this life style, and life sentence, can fully come to understand
to have an eatting disorder, the troubles, and struggles and challenges, facing every woman, child and man,

For any addictin, there is trouble and challenges enough, but having an eatting disorder, is extraordinary tough,
If you drink or take drugs , smoke gamble, you just have to quit, as i know wirh any addiction, it is a disease, and not as simple. Just as it sounds to just stop, but an eatting disorder, is what we cant just quit, everytime we take a bite of food, the tiger comes out, changing, rearranging, our stinking thinking with any addiction, is the foundatin, of what its all about, then the support of another who knows your pain, the exact same, they know your troubles, struggles, challenges, they know your name, they are dealing with there addictions just the same
