Look at my face
I did not ask to be born
Yet I came into this World
As a blessing
I have no nationality, race
Or religious belief
For I am everyone's child
When I am hungry
I can not thrive
If my body is malnourished
My mind and spirit suffer
WE cannot stand by
And do nothing
Because love and compassion
Are the key
And we have the means
To end World hunger
So take a stand
And take action
For every child's life is precious
