”Im always, restless
as, i will rest, an hour, two, three- or more
Then im -READY-to go to the gym, and out the door
i, know, that i need, my rest, and need, to try, to rest and sleep, alot, more
But, my mission, on my mind
my mind, is moving, warp speeds faster than my body is capable, of doing i come to find
in my mind, i -want- to swim, --four hours, -and --bicycle,- four hours -more,- then run- the last four hours home
but, my body has not , anywhere, yet that far ever known
as a kid, the triathon,--has always -mesmerized -and-greatly-impressed- me
and as an athlete in junior high school,-i --knew- that -was--what--and- who- i -wanted--to--be
I wake up, after an hour, two or, three, or four
and im restless--, i want to go, to the gym, i want to -exercise--, swim,-- bike, -and --run,-- i want to head, out the door
Just, gotta, slow, it, down, and stay, consistant, and sure
gotta, set, short-, doable- attainable, -realistic, -goals,-- that -you, -know, -the -level, -of -fitness, -strength, -stamina, -and -endurance,- exactly, HUMBLY--where, -you, -are -at,- to -SUCCEED--and --VICTORIOUSLY--ENDURE
I, know, that, in, anything, and in,--EVERYTHING
if, we, can, first, dream, it, and say it out loud, whatever, is our wish, and -desire, if you think, that-- you can, --then you might--, if you believe it,-- you can achieve it, --you can become-- CHAMPION--QUEEN--OR--KING-
So slow, it down, rest some more
set, your sights, on, goals, that- are realistic, and attainable, right here, right now, for sure
i--AWAKE--RESTLESS
BECAUSE-FOR-SO-MANY-YEARS-AND-YEARS-OF-STRUGGLING-WITH-LOOSING--AND-GAINING--LOOSING--AND-GAINING----this-weight---for-this-i-know-for-absolute--sure-im-on-a-mission-to-be-a world---class-triathlete----and-great-strength-stamina-and-endurance-feats, --compete-and-come--to-meet-----for-i -am -RESTLESS-- to -striive--right --here --right --now--, STEP--by --STEP--to -be -my -very -best -of -my -best----for- this- is -my --MISSION--and --LIFE--QUEST
For i know, that my mind--, is light years,ahead of my-body
we have to --accept-the. Things. In. Our life. Living. And. Love.--- That -we.- Know,- and.- Realize. -That-- we -cannot -change------and -have -the -WISDOM--And -the -COURAGE-- To -change.- The -things.- That -we -can -change. - And -to --REALISTICALLY--- PRACTICALLY-- kNOW----EXACTLY--where -you -are -at---and ---to -ACCEPT--THAT----but -to ---DREAM----BIG--and --GREAT-- to -be -restless,- on -time, -on -target--, striving -every -moment, -minute -and --hour- to -be -your -best- of -your- very-, very, BEST--you--and--ME
