This morning, early, i was walking in the pool
low, impact, and, easy, on my old knees, nice , ad slow, nice and cool
I was reading, the pool, rules, on the wall
it read, no life guard on duty, swim at your own risk, then there was a list , of basic rules of what you cant do, in the pool, thats all
So im not yet ready to take on the swim
am just walking, for now, and doing, range of motion exercises, and my flexibility, trying to loosen, up these lazy, limbs
So as in anything, minute by minute, gotta set a goal
maintain, your positive momentum, stay on a consistant roll
For it --matters--not, right -here -right -now, -where -you -stand
this -moment, -this -minute- in -time,-- just -be -the -best -of -your- very -best -that -you -can- be -man
I -was -walking -this -early -morning -in -the -pool
the -water -was -greenish -blue,- and -kinda -cool
