Memories i'll always keep

The sun is shining bright this day
The sky is blue and clear
I've slept quite well this past few nights
But still I feel those years…
Some were bold, some were cold
Some I've wished forgot
But all in all I've learnt so much
Again, some I'd wished I'd not.

Roads were traveled heights were climbed
There were some valleys far too deep
There was joy and laughter, sometimes pain
Wonderful memories I'll always keep…
So many faces that I've seen walk by
The beauty that I have kissed
The ecstasy that I've felt within
I'm so glad I did not miss.
