Today, i made, a friend, his name, is, GLEN
we talked a few minutes before, last week, as we met in the gym, so today, when he said hello to me, i remembered him, at first we just said hello, and i was leaving the gym, and he had just come in, he seemed so happy, with me to greet, as we talked a little more, i sensed with him, something was really troubling him so hurtful, and so very deep,he told--me --his troubles- with -his -wife,--THAT--she -is -not -honest -with -him,- and -now -he -has--lost--the trust, --- i -told him -to -hold -onto -faith--, and -PRAY--and --PRAY ---its a must,--- i gave him my number and told him to call me night or -day--, and that i will-be- with -him -in -every -way,- for GLEN, -I will be-there- for him, i will be-a -real-,-----SUPPORTIVE---and --FAITHFULL-- FRIEND
On his I-PHONE--i-gave-him my phone number and my poetry site---sometimes--, when i meet someone--, even a stranger, in the first minute or-- two
i tell them my story of my life. Living and love, ----i -wear- my--HEART--on -my -shoulder,- i --dont- hold -nothing,- or -anything -back -no -more. ------Now especially -as --im- almost --SIXTY---and -getting --YOUNGER-- -and ---STRONGER---and ---BOLDER--- -as -im-- getting-----OLDER
I read a poem to -GLEN-that i wrote just the other day, and relating to him, that-- my friend --BEN--for me was there for me, and he--saved my day, i told---GLEN--that i believe that-- all things happen --for-a-- reason, every -trial- and--error, every -season, -rain -or -shine, -cold -or -warm,-------- i -told -him,-- that-- we -are -talking -this -minute,- for- a -REASON-----i -told -him,- to -PRAY--MORE--and ---PRAY---MORE----- so i told him he can call, me ---anytime -night- or day,- and -- with -him -im--his -friend -for -SURE
I showed him my poetry site,----- with -i -think --now-- close to poems --of---- TWO--GRAND
i tried to encourage him, to hold --onto-- his --FOUR---CHILDREN--and --FAITHFULLY -PRAY---and ----im--- right --here --to --support --him, --as-- a - FRIEND--by-- his- side -to -STAND
So, the message of this poem, is crystal --CLEAR
when you meet another person, in a second, in a minute, or even know them, for--year ---after. -YEAR
Lend your heart to another--- show them that you---CARE.
be who you are, dont be afraid, to be yourself, wear your heart on your shoulder,and freely your life, living, and love, greatly---SHARE
Before, and for so long, i kept-- more -to -myself, -i -felt--defeated-- and --devastated -and-- doomed,-- i -wasnt-- proud -of -myself,- my -health -was -not -my wealth, -and -of -myself -i -felt --greatly, ---ASHAMED
when -i -met -someone, -i- never -was -very -good -at -remembering -there --NAME
But now-, im making it a point, to be honest-- and mostly with myself the good the bad and the ugly just to be--completely--who- i --am--and--TO --THINE--OWNSELF--be-TRUE----
so -this-guy-i-met-in-a-minute-in-the-gym-i won his trust, and -today-- i -related- and -PRAYED-- with -him,- when -he -was -HURTING----DEVASTATED,--DOWN----BROKENED--TROUBLED,---SAD--- and---BLUE---i gave him my poetry -poem--site, --hoping--my-- simple-- words-- can -help -him--FAITHFULLY-- FIGHR--the --good --FIGHT-- as. --- GOD--knows,- my -life -living -and -love,--- and --where --i --have --come --from,-- all --i --have --gone-- though, --and --am going --through,-- for-- GOD----DOES--KNOW--the--WHOLE-- STORY-- nothing -but -the --TRUTH---THE--WHOLE--TRUTH--and--NOTHING, --but---the---TRUTH-----About, all others,--ME-and--YOU..
So dont hold back from making a new friend
dont be afraid, to wear your heart on your shoulder, be stronger, be bolder, your heart openly, freely lend
