Every single, second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day, is, progress -ANYWAY
this positive, momentum-, is now, set in stone with me, ---for -the -rest -of -my -days,- here -on -earth, ---to always --STAY
My progress, sometimes--, is --stalemate, and progressing, very, very -SLOW
but, for i know, and i understand--, to be easy, on myself, and stay true, to thy-self, always knowing, that my-- health, is my future, and my wealth, this i do heartfully, always --KNOW
With each, and every tick, and tock, of every--single, passing, -SECOND
for, i do know, really, know, and, feel, that- my -health---, life, living, and. Love, is being, corrected, and--rightfully, --RECKONED
For, i vow, to-take care of my health and fitness, striving, to be the very best of my best, and second, to --NONE
as, this i know--, that my, positive momentum, has just, started, has just --BEGUN
To--even-- go -on -a-walk-or-on -the--tread -mill,-- and walk,-- and -one -day -RUN--i know, that i am still-- far from that --POINT
as --i --still,-- am --badly, --limping,-- and --gimping,-- as --im-- having, --still, --locked----upness,-- in --my----KNEES--and--JOINTS
So i know, to take it nice and -SLOW
i --know-- to take , it -easy -as -she --GOES
For, it matters not, right here this second, minute,--hour-- and day,-------where-- you --STAND
for-- what--matters-- the --most,-- is -your- PATH-- your--PLAN---to--take-, for , your - LIFE----LIVING--and---LOVE----FUTURE---VISION--, and --MISSION---GREAT--AND--GRAND
Each and every-second-of-every-minute-of:-every-hour-of-every-day-i-am--making--progress--in:--EVERYWAY
for i am, thankful, i am, grateful, everyday, for this monentum, that i now, own, on --THIS--BRAND--NEW--DAY
For--i--know--,that--all- the --struggles--, of --life--living--and--love----that---others---in--the--world----hold---onto---and--have--to--fight--to--SURVIVE
for-i -know, the -troubles, the stress and strife, of living, and dealing, with--the-chalenges-of-everyday-life--and--for--yourself---to--go-on-and--positively---STRIVE
For, when, we are slipping, and sliding, and --we--do --not --have --our--POSITIVE--MOMENTUM
in our life living and love, we may act happy, and smile and laugh, -----but-- deep --within --us, --without-- our --positive,-- progressive --momentum,----we---DONT----feel---sharp---at---our --best----but--without---our---positive----momentum---we--feel---SAD--WEAK---and--DUMB
this --moment, --in --TIME
my -positive,- momentum, -continues -to -slowly, -progressively, -go -on -and --SHINE
