To -be -a --TRIATHLETE-- has -and -always--will -be -my --DREAM
even -where -i -am -right -now -this- very -moment,- as --IMPOSSIBLE----of---a --FEAT--as -it --may- --SEEM
But, --i --do --KNOW----EXACTLY---the--DEDICATION----DETERMINATION--DEVOUTION---MOTIVATION--COMMITMENT-- DRIVE--and--RESOLVE----it -will--TAKE
and i do very well, -know-- the -sacrifices,- that -i--must, -continue, -to -steadfastly, -and --CONSISTANTLY---, HABITUALLY--HEALTHILY----MAKE
Because, ever since, i was that--SEVEN-- year- old -little--sickly--BOY
who--was--HOSPITALIZED---with----rheumatic-- fever--i-could -not -walk--DAD---had---to---carry---me---home,-- i --was 1-just --a --sickly --little --BOY-- who had-- rheumatic--fever--with--lost--health---hope---and---JOY
I -set- in -my--HEART--and--MIND---- that -my --HEALTH--and -FITNESS- I--will--again--come--to-- -FIND
i -set -in -my -mind, -that -i -would--get-- my -health-and- fitness,- back -on --track, -i -promised -to -myself---that i would never. Take. A drug. Never. Drink any. Alcohol---OR----smoke---a---cigarette----not----even----one----------MY----DREAM---was --to ---REGAIN---my ---HEALTH-----and--- -FITNESS-- and -to -be--a ---TRIATHLETE-----SiNCE---i--was--a---seven--year--old---SICK---BOY--in--the--SECOND---GRADE---To--become--An--ENDURANCE---ATHLETE---a--TRIATHLETE---this--goal--vision--and--DREAM----has--been--set--in--my--HEART---and--MIND
So, many ups and downs,-have--happened--in----my --LIFE-TIME
but -all -that -i -know, -is -right -here -and -now, - my -MISSION--is--set_in--STONE--and ,- my -time -is -coming -to --SHINE
So,--to-- CONTINUE--this --LIFE----MISSION---and---JOURNEY---- i --know,-- EXACTLY--what- -each -and -every --SECOND--- MINUTE--- and ---HOUR---of EACH---and ----EVERYDAY----that----i ---MUST---DO
to--hold--onto--my--FAITH--keep---HOPE-- and--to-thine--OWNSELF--ALWAYS--STAY---HUMBLE--and--TRUE
