If you can think it and you can dream it-- then-- you can do it
because if you think it and place the mission in your heart and mind--you become too legit to quit
If you can dream it
you can become a champion the very best of the best totally fit
But before you openly say it
take step one then step two and three, and know its gonna take hundreds of baby steps before you can race and compete, and become triathon fit
So before you run and compete in a triathon--first you better run a marathon-- before you run a marathon 26,2-- you better run a mini-marathon first-- before that you run a mini marathon and finish that race--you better run a ten mile run--before you do a ten miler. Better first finish a three mile run-before the three mile run better just walk a mile for fun--
so im just reminding myself in this poem that there are many many steps to complete--even before a three miler has begun and hours and hours and many days ---weeks --and---months -still lie ahead--but if you can think it and you can dream it the mission step by baby step can be accomplished and victoriously be done

The mission is all that matters, and in your heart and mind you have no doubt that success you will accomplish and find, ---you know every step by step what -exactly to do, and in your heart and mind you know that you can and will do it
with your mission in your heart and mind you can become the champion that you know that you have always been great--elite-- and--FIT
