Emotional roller coaster
things that cause our emotions, to sink and rise, as the oceans of emotional feelings in us all, up and down, the highs and lows, the emotional roller coaster that every day we face that we deal with that occurs
Sometimes maybe we said too much,
causing us to feel bad, and guilty as such
Then sometimes, maybe, we just dont say enough
then emotionally, it makes us feel uncomfortable, and rough
Some folks make communicating so difficult and hard
you just never know, what they are holding, and exactly what card
With some folks there just is not complete trust
it makes you feel like a baloon, blown up too full, and its on the verge of bust
An emotional roller coaster, it is with some folks that you know
In an instant, in a heart beat, how your emotions, can go sky high, or deep down, devastating and low

it effects each and every one of us for sure
