ive come to learn and know this more and more, now as im growing old
For the words that we choose to speak
can come right back to us in an attack, and make us weak

We have to make our stand, and be proudly, firmly, strong, brave and bold
We dare not speak a word
if what we meant to say, is not going to make any difference to the other, be understood or appreciated or heard
In a situation as this, our words to others we must withold
