Buttercups

It was a bright spring morning
The sun was shining after an early rain

As I drove along a country road
The birds were chirping a happy song

Weeds of all kinds were beginning to spring forth from the earth
on the side of the road  pink buttercups were blooming

In praise to God I said, "Father, even the weeds in your
garden are beautiful today"

A quite voice whispered to my heart
"There are no weeds in my garden"

I felt so humble
For I had just been reminded

No matter who we are or where we are
each of God's creations are valuable to Him

We all are loved by the Creator of the buttercup
"There are no weeds in His Garden"

The LORD God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there
He placed the man whom He had formed.
