ramblings and things
1,300,944 poems read
Actions
At the World's other end
Reaching from the shade
A slim delicate hand
Languidly made
A stirring motion
In the sea
Which crossed oceans
To land near me,
She never knew
How far it went
Or how strong it could be
When finally spent.
I sat there
Feeling brave
It could have turned
To a tidal wave
Gravity having
Increased its notion
As it surged
Across that ocean.
A tiny ripple
Can scatter sand
When it breaks
On the land.
Cause and effect
We can't always know
We plant a seed to
Maybe watch a tree grow
