ER-visit
in the EMERGENCY ROOM, waiting to be seen, for hours i had to SIT
My right arm, felt a disconnect
To myself, possibly stroke symptoms i came to suspect
so my neck pain and stiffness
kept me from feeling at my best
The tip of my right index finger is still numb
But it has improved , and the feeling is coming back some
my right arm, felt a heaviness, and a disconnect
so after a weak or so, i went to ER, wasnt sure what to expect
If something is wrong,
Better to be safe than sorry, and later have regrets, singing a regretful and sad experience and song
So the doctor ordered xrays, of my stiff neck and right arm
to determine the nature of my stiffness, and see what happened to cause this , stiffness, disconnect, and -harm
So the xrays were clear, no fracture or break
So the doctor discharged me with pain medications to take
the diagnosis that he said
was to just exercise as toletated, take the pain relief medications, take it easy and stay rested in bed
A PINCHED-NERVE, is what is causing this neck and arm severe discomfort and PAIN
So im a resting, drinking alot more fluids, and have been taking these pain, anti-inflammatory meds as needed the same
It just throws you off of track
when your health and fitness with pain, holds you back
So our health is our wealth, and the most important thing of our life, living, and love
When were down, we start praying harder to our GOD, the father in heaven above
i know people have to face great hardships and pain
so much greater than this little happening with me the same
So its a wake up call, to take care of ourself
When your down, altered, and low, you will come to realize and know, your health most importantly, is your, LIFE, LIVING, and LOVE.--priority and WEALTH
