Kaleidoscope of Thoughts
Lost in the dark thoughts
from the past
A kaleidoscope moving and
changing very fast
Mostly black and brown and
gray and rusty
The dull colors of thoughts
grown dusty
The images are too vague and
flickering and lost
Like shadows creeping in
the dirty frost
Suddenly there is a flash
of bright light
That washes all the dirty
memories white
from the past
