Still AHEAD, i have a LONG, LONG, WAY to GO
when you are in a RACE, you have to go at a STEADY, PACE, , nice and SLOW, or YOU, will fail and get BURNED out ya KNOW
For the struggle with WEIGHT--LOSS, for me as, i think in many, its not so hard to LOSE, the initial, WEIGHT
as it is to change your eatting habits, your life-style and if you are determined, to keep the weight off change your unhealthy habits and adopt new healthy habits and change your FATE
Most folks who have a problem with their over-weight, its an up and down battle to lose and gain, its exhausting, and when you get older it will shorten your LIVING
so what you do today, will effect you tomorrow in everyway,think about what kinds of fuel in food and drinks, for --your body you are GIVING
Sometimes its not so much what we DO
as much as it is what--we --DONT --DO,-- TOO
For me SODA, was my WEAKNESS
i LOVED, LOVED, to drink every different kinds of SODA, the BEST
But this moment, i can honestly SAY
i would not even take one sip, of any soda -pop, no matter how much i could get PAID
For me fast food, was my greatest WEAKNESS
i LOVED, fast FOOD, -mcdonalds,- burger-king, -,and -CARLS, junior, was what i loved the BEST
I have worked too hard, to ever eat junk food AGAIN
i use to always JOKE, with people, that at every fast food, restaurant, the drive up window, workers knew who i was, because i stopped very often and they became my FRIENDS
So in weight loss, its not always what, we do, as much as it is WHAT we DO NOT DO
that will CAUSE, us to WIN or LOSE, this battle of the BULGE, TOO
Any person, struggling with WEIGHT-- LOSS
they know exactly what they should or should not DO, and the work it takes to change and LOSE, the WEIGHT, the DISCIPLINE, the SACRIFICE, and COST
Its a personal STRUGGLE, that we have to FACE
But when we are READY we will make up our own MIND, and we will BEGIN our own PROGRAM, and be in it to WIN it, and WIN our RACE
Still ahead of me, i know i have a long, long way still to GO
but i know,
I have come a long way, already, and just gotta continue ahead, STEADY and SLOW
I use to push my weight loss so hard, and so extremely, CRAZY--- FAST
in the year 2000 , i started, in february 26 th and ended on 28 th of august, 2000, and dropped 139--pounds, my beginning weight back then was 365-- and went down to 228---it took me six months, --but gained most of it back, in three months, i went- too-extreme, -too -fast,- and my progress did not LAST
So even i only lost two pounds in the last month or SO
i know, like iron, STRONGLY, i am progressing, for SURE, steady and SLOW
When your climbing a mountain, no matter what the mission is on HAND
take it easy,stick to it,-- nice and slow, and steady-- will get you to the top, stay focused,and-- stick to your PLAN
Then once you reach the top, and accomplish your MISSION
your battle especially with weight loss is just half way DONE
Because you must CHANGE
the way you LIVE, MOVE, and EAT, and your LIFESTYLE--REARRANGE
