Chicken, papaya, vegetable, SOUP, i just had in a CUP, but ate, some with a SPOON
so i hope, that my mission, my diet and quest will not be spoiled with DOOM
So really ever since i started, this mission, this QUEST
to get off this-- over-weight --and finally--PUT-- it to REST, --and to be my very BEST
Awhile ago i had some--chicken -papaya -vegetable- soup- with -a --SPOON
i knew that i would HAVE- to -eat -pretty-- SOON
But i have to watch myself carefully, because i know myself, it could be my -DEMISE--and--DOOM
as to myself i felt that, i ate too SOON
I still have a long WAY, to GO
and gotta knock, off another-- FIFTY, --pounds --or --SO
But its been now --seven months and fourteen DAYS
that im surviving, with only protein shakes, and recently, vegetable soup, as the only WAY
So i guess before i travel again --tommorrow,
i wanted to see if i could pass this test, and hold steady, and get back on my LIQUID, SHAKES, track without SORROW
Chicken, papaya, vegetable soup, for the first time,just awhile AGO--- i ate with a SPOON
so im owning it, and dealing with it, and PRAY, it wont be my DOWN-FALL, and DOOM
Im back on TRACK
and- am ready to EXCEL, and get the, FIRE, in me ----, RIGHT--BACK
