So its AUGUST, now TOMORROW
and in this MONTH, of AUGUST, i plan to cut. Massive amount of WEIGHT, when its my BIRTHDAY, on the 19th, i want to be PROUD, of MYSELF, im not gonna FEEL, dissappointed with any SORROW
So really, not too much for awhile do i plan to WRITE
Because i know, its going to take all of my FOCUS, all of my ENERGY, to pick up the pace--HARD, and FIGHT and win--this WEIGHT LOSS, mission, and FIGHT
So nothing to it , but to DO IT
so here goes EvERYTHING, as i strive, to be my best of my very best, and on my sixtyeth, birthday, this mission now to drop this weight, really, REALLY, make great accomplishment, and get Rid of it, and TOTALLY, HEALTHY, and FIT
So my WORDS, are GOING-- to -be -SPARSE--SHORT--, and --very---FEW
AS---I---KNOW----THIS--LIFE--LIVING---and----LOVE-- MISSION--in my HEART-- MIND, BODY, and--SOUL---i --MUST--be --FOCUSED,-- and --MUST --DO---WHAT-- I---NEED --to --DO
