In fifty minutes, i have accomplished my eighth month, of sacrifice
so this is it, and im sticking to this, cause soon i turn SIXTY, and i cant do this again TWICE
Im just focused, and am on a POSITIVE --unstoppable--unreturnable--RoLL
ive gotta just stay focused and ahead continue , my mission complete and full
Milk, and almond milk, and protein powder drink mix
is what daily for myself, for these past eight months now in less than an hour that i have fixed
In the fridge,my protein drinks will be organized, and squared away
sometimes, enough to last me seven a day
So i know, still my set goal in my heart and mind
and I dont look so far head, just focus on the minute in front of me, and step by step get the focus that i need to find
I know that my stomach has shrunk already
and ill have some soups again when im a ready
But i want to stick to my plan
until i get to my target goal, man
Once i introduce, even soup, of different-- flavor
my taste buds will yearn for more and --crave and--savor
So its best for me, to stick to my plan
and step by step, minute by minute of each day, i am
So soon my eighth month, is accomplished
and im on a mission, of health and fitness, for- my life, living and love, and im a doin this
Even my weight loss is kinda sluggish and slow
its because im getting my nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and calories you know
I know what im doing is quite extreme
but for all of my life, living, and love, i know in my heart my mind body and soul, what is my doable mission and life dream
And that is to be my absolute best of my best
and im on this mission, and i shall not quit, slip or falter until i meet my quest
Then as i know, my challenge will really begin
when this weight loss is final and complete, and again i begin to make the right and HEALTHY-- choices of what and how much i will CHOOSE, to EAT, and to maintin this weight loss at all cost, and build strength stamina and endurance and muscle and this mission for the rest of, my LIFE--LIVING--and--LOVE--for all of----my days win baby --WIN
