Poetic-Verses

'' Lest We Die ''

I don't mean to be rude,
Where the creator is stood,
If life is that good,
Why lie.

Is it Heaven or Hell,
For those who have fell,
Only you can tell,
Tough guy.

Thou shalt not kill,
Yet you have that will,
It's a bitter pill,
To apply.

If it's alright for you,
It is perfectly true,
We'll do it too,
Why deny.

Your commandments dictate,
It's like carrying freight,
No wonder we hate,
What you imply.

Your hypocrisy shines,
From your own guidelines,
Truth undermines,
You are sly.

Too many factions,
With different reactions,
Causing major distractions,
Tell us why?

What we want to know,
It may come as a blow,
Is why you don't show,
Please comply.

I'm not being uncouth,
Nor am I a sleuth,
In you there's no truth,
There's no high.

You're a man-made creation,
Causing such aggravation,
We need a cessation,

‘' Lest we die ‘'
