When i write and reflect
peace of heart and mind, is happily what i get
To write a poem, and a pen and paper, grab and find
When something comes, into my heart and mind
I have to be in a hurry, and quick, to write before my mind is swayed
because, as soon as a thought, comes to heart and mind, you have to write, it quick and fast, immediately, right on the spot, right away, night or day
Before the thoughts and feelings stray
you just have to write in the spur of the moment, whats on your heart and mind to in a poem and rhyme say
Just as now, this moment in time, i am writing
as this little poem to life, here i create and bring
One ---day, ---some ---of ---my ---writings ---of ---POEMS,--- to ---the ---lyrics ---of ---a ---hit ---song,--- i ---wish ---to ---BRING
and--- add ---to ---my ---POEM,---a ---melody, ---and ---rhyme, ---in ---a ---catchy,--- positive ---and ---encouraging ---song, ---and ---SING
So im a writing this poem, carefully, and slowly-- as -im- a -driving -on -the -freeway,- back --HOME
as -im- driving, -looking -at -the- road,- and -scribbling,- and -writing -without -really -looking, -- ALONE
But at least this hour long drive, i passed quickly , productively and fast
and now soon to be home, will end this poem, and try to read what i wrote, at last
