FOCUS--ahead, keep your heart and mind, positively clear
just know, with each breath, every ticking second, your vision, mission and quest is coming closer and near
FOCUS--remember where you have been, before
be your biggest cheer leader, be strong, be brave, stay focused and motivated, you can achieve whatever you believe, you can endure, and win for sure
