Emotions, are as the waves in the --mighty--OCEAN
some times slow easy and calm, but in a moment can--violently-- turn the other--HAND
The waves of --EMOTION
can be so, calm and smooth sailing, turning on a dime to, treacherous, devastating, and on the wild --RUN
Our EMOTIONS, can be so smooth calm cool and --COLLECTIVE
and will change in a minute, when hurt, disrespect, and shame --that-another --in--a--moment--to--us--will--GIVE
When your emotionally --UPSET
as now this moment, in the early morning hours i have not slept just --YET
When your feelings and emotions become hurt, hindered or --HARMED
it hurts a person, making you feel, weak, upset and --ALARMED
So an argument could easily --OCCUR
but in a heart beat, a falling out-- so --easily --could --happen --for --SURE
So as for me, this very minute--- i ---just ---keep ---it ---to --MYSELF
as im staying focused on my mission and my quest, as my health is my --WEALTH
But for sure, these feelings i will not soon --FORGET
and if again it occurs, the other person will feel my upset, and that you can--BET
But one thing that i know, for definite--SURE
when one hurts, harms and hinders your emotions, making you feel so much less, and causing , you shame, and unrest, if it happens again, your patience and quiet will not prolong and-- ENDURE
Feelings are so sensitive and --REAL
the emotions that we have are so tender, loving and a big--DEAL, effecting just exactly, how we --act and --FEEL
The way that we treat another, is very important a matter of-- FACT
be sure when communicating with others you show great love --patience--tolerance--respect-- timing --kindness--thoughtfulness--and --TACT
