'' From This Life I'll Now Depart ''

Now getting on,
I feel put upon,
My body's no longer mine,
Old age is just a bloody con,
It's a fault in our very design.

More or less,
My brain says yes,
But my faculties won't obey,
Why my friend is anyone's guess,
It does cause me terrible affray.

When I go to piss,
It's hit and miss,
Like a river it ebbs and flows,
All I can do is reminisce,
Why me, I say god knows.

In a heap,
I fall asleep,
In minutes I'm wide awake,
I really feel the need to weep,
The pressure one can't take.

It was my style,
To walk a mile,
Seven times a week,
Now these legs I just revile,
Like me they've just went meek.

Our creator has failed,
He should be jailed,
He created us with no guarantee,
After your final breath is exhaled,
We become but space debris.

You're looking good,
I think that's rude,
They can't see inside my heart?
As nothing works the way it should,
