It is my tenth month today
and i am feeling okay, as im going along my way
236. Here i am
exactly, a matter of factly right where, i this moment stand
So one hundred pounds i have lost
for ten months, day and night, i have paid-- the --price --and --cost
But as i know
i --still --gotta --go --alot--, more-- low
I wont feel accomplished
not until 199, becomes my reality and wish
So this is a milestone that has been successfully-- met
now in my heart and mind, my mission on --hand --in-- STONE --is ---SET
