Breathe through the hurt and pain
hold onto hope to better cope, pray, and let faith remain
Try not to dwell,and let the hurt, despair and sadness come to last
move on positively, pro-actively, strong and fast
Take a deep breath and exhale
let your faith, last and prevail
Every storm, shall come to pass
the hurt and pain, will fade and not last
Fill you heart and mind with kindness, consideration, compassion and love
as with this, we know, our actions are pleasing to our GOD in the holy heavens above
