Let Heaven Be Spring

if there is such a place

an Eden in the sky

I would like it to be Spring

always

Spring means a lack of death

new beginnings

the quickening of the heart

and joy

if there is such a place

I would like to smell flowers

and plant things in the fresh sky

and see light that is more beautiful than anything

I could ever imagine

in a color that has yet to be

let heaven be Spring

a garden of blissfulness

of being rejoined to all possibility

and to those I once thought I'd lost

let it be my best ever

technicolor dreaming.
