Night Blind

Hello, Darling!
Go and color the picture
Picture that you drew
By carving your heart

Heart that danced with butterflies
Touched the flowers
And fondled the delicate cheeks

The sun bright
Blessed you with light and rays
The warmth enlivened tiny fingers

The night will throw arrows of darkness
Darkness of any kind
So color the picture soon
Darling you night blind!
