Missed  Call

Missed Call

Midnight woke up
She was taken aback
Why this spectacular show
Dazzling fire displays
Thudding cracker explosions
Inebriated dancing
With dry hearts, oily tongue greetings?

Midnight pinched herself
To feel herself
And to check change if any
Brought over herself

Oh! Me! The same Stars!
They are the same twinkling angels
Moon! Oh! Gentle- She is the same
Sun! Wow! Same meticulous boy
Poor Earth! Performing usual revolution ritual

But Time! Herb eternal mystic lover
Drew the notional line
On her heart that Midnight
Ignorant hearts greeted it with reality shows
With celebrations bright
Thirsty first they call
For Midnight, it was a missed call
