Pining Desire

Pining Desire

Uneasiness and discomfort
Are her wings sturdy
Zest her driving force
Pining desire flies her course

Sometimes she flies
In the cool sky clear
Sometimes she strolls
Along the river banks near

Touches every moment passing by
Bids fading flower good bye
Questions water flow its secret
Asks birds how to migrate

Wind blow lures her fickle mind
To lightning streaks she says never mind
To quench her thirst tries water of any kind
In sunrise and sunset she sees Almighty kind
