One day you yourself might be one
When Mom died she was only 54
Finding out the Cancer had spread
She went fast Doc said two weeks
He was right and it was all we had with her
I worked two eight hour jobs
Nights I slept in her room on a cot
It was the best time I had with her
She thought of everyone but her
She shared her love of Jesus
When I was not with her the wife was
Now it is her turn
She goes two times a day Mom is beridden 96
Last night the kids were asked,
"Now that the kids are all in college
Are you going to sell that big house?"
I over heard and my son saying
"No, Mom and Dad are getting older
I know the day well come they well need care
They well need care and a place to stay."
