That Gentle Night
That gentle light
Blessed by heavenly calm
Cool moonlight
I held on my palm
My Granny
Whispered in my ears
And told me
Untold stories
The stories
Bathed in moonlight
And filled the heart
With radiance and light
The night hugged
The village sleepy
Stars sent down
Twinkling glitter happy
That gentle night
Solace to day's agony
Enlivened touching memories
That time and its glory
That gentle light
