Heaven's Arms
Heaven's Arms
I am looking for the old man
Who sowed seeds and disappeared
That old hut out there is the sole witness
Nothing I can guess
Gentle breeze came in and gave me smile
But unable was she to trace him
In a longish stretch of mile
Helpless was the sky about his whereabouts
Its inability made it shy
Annoyed cloud shouted “We can't get him! Why?”
The hut showed me
The footprints in the farms
The soil whispered in my ears
The great soul rests in Heaven's arms
To him they aren't
Icy but snug
With every seed sown
He gave affectionate hug
I am looking for the old man
Who sowed seeds and disappeared
That old hut out there is the sole witness
Nothing I can guess
Gentle breeze came in and gave me smile
But unable was she to trace him
In a longish stretch of mile
Helpless was the sky about his whereabouts
Its inability made it shy
Annoyed cloud shouted “We can't get him! Why?”
The hut showed me
The footprints in the farms
The soil whispered in my ears
The great soul rests in Heaven's arms
To him they aren't
Icy but snug
With every seed sown
He gave affectionate hug
