Lately im not a too much a writin
As with this brand new 2017--new year, this weight loss challenge, im a still a fightin
So the challenge-- seems so much greater
And im feeling the pressure now more than ever for sure
I gotta keep on a keeping on, but cant push as hard and fast, that i wish too
As yesterday, at the gym, i was pushing too hard too soon, and saw stars-- circling in the air, and was light headed--- and --faint, --and i was very, dangerously close to passing out,--- and i could, of passed out --and this mission, quest and journey woukd be terminated, and through
So here i am, this early day and morning,fresh and a new
As i know, i will be cautious, wise, and very patient too
Its going to be a long run, still ahead
So with patience, commitment, and resolve, ahead, slowly even one pound a month i may only shed
I just am feeling, anxious, now with this my, one YEAR, and one month, and now sixth a--DAY
So im just praying,and on my mission staying, and doing my best, smartly, cautiously, and wisely as i push ahead on my way
I got down,from--
336,---to---221.6---very exhausted--light headed, and weak yesterday
So ---am ---holding ---my ---ground,--- and ---being ---cautious ---smart ---and ---wise ---this ---day ---a ---new,--- in ---every---a--way
I am, just so anxious to SEE my weight at ------219
And --my, --mission, --quest --and --goal,-- of --being --at --my --BEST --of --MY --BEST-- at --------one -seventy -five,--------a --lean --green --fightin-- machine
So am slowin my--ROLL And --ahead-- movin,---- PATIENT,----- POSITIVE,------ SMART,-----CAUTIOUS-----WISE-----and -----SLOW
