We are what we drink, and EAT
That especially as we get older will, determine, our health, happiness, longevity, of how we live, love, and laugh, weather we will be mediocore, unhealthy, weak, or GREAT, VIBRANT, and ELITE
I made a decision very long, long, ago
That never would i smoke, drink, or take any drugs, and put myself down so low
When i was in second grade
When i lost my health, with rheumatic fever, and couldnt even stand, and i had to crawl, that promise to myself for my health i made
But with that victory won
I ate all the fast foods, carbs and sweets, and sodas, with an end to none
So now im back on the right track
And at age sixty, fighting to get my health, and my body shape a back
Up to 404--pounds was--my greatest weight
So here i sit, at 221--and am changing my life, living, and love FATE
For still, liquids only i will consume
And am pushing myself to break the two hundred mark i hope very soon
When solid foods i choose to eat again
Healthy eatting, will be my mission, goal, and quest, with no end
Like a fine tuned jet airplane engine
Only the very best of the best jet fuel, will be used to soar and win
Water has to become my favorite most cherished beverage, to quench my thirst
Thats the most important step, to develop first
Then whole foods organic for sure
Eatting foods without salts, pesticides, and chemicals, root vegetables, grass fed cows, organic, whole foods, fresh, and perfect, and PURE
Sugar, with great moderation
And pure honey,some
Sweets in great moderation
But mayonaise, ketchup, salad dressings, tarter sauce, and fast fatty, fried foods no more not any not none
What we drink and eat
Will cause us great success, or doom, depression, and DEFEAT
So the choice is our own
As we know the consequences of every vice to man that is known
If we want to move, rock and roll, and run, and race for FUN
Make a plan, and set short realistic, doable goals, and your battle can be conquered and WON
