What Is This Death? ( As I Near It And Grow Older)

Mrs. Stine, Isn't It Time?

Come On Now

So Much Beauty

And Even Stars Die

Certain Succulent Pieces Of Time

I Speak for Those Whose Voice Would Be Taken Out Of Social Circulation

I Talk To A Machine In My Darkness

Home, Ghuey, Sweet Home

Hope You Like It, Not

Here They Are Triumphant, The Crows

Lost Before You Began

And You May Be The Reaper

Confetti Universe

>>>>>>>>>>>>

for the love
of all that's simple
that is my creed
I don't have a need for
complication

birds
clouds and sky
keep me company
occupied
for hours

the simple patterns
no one sees
are the intricacies
which
are my bliss

God above
when I am lonely
I could live my life
always
like this

all living creatures
great and small
the comfort of a cat or dog
within my hands
the warmest touch or
gentle easy words
of a kind friendship
or of a wise woman or man

wild flowers in the breeze
tall and taller trees
the sun freckling my face
the sweet breath of a soft zephyr
the limitless stars to count on
and the moon above to let me in

the rushing on
and texture of running waters
flowing over me

how lucky to have
an active, curious mind to keep me good company

I wouldn't trade a day of this

this is the kiss
of my confetti universe

a ticker tape parade
in my bursting heart
for the love of all
that's simple

hallelujah
