Once I had a secret love
A secret no more
For in fifty five years
We traveled the world from shore to shore
It is comforting to hear her snore
Now we are old
Health problems cannot ignore
The years left are not that many
Fewer places left to explore
The life we shared as husband and wife
Days we shared in happiness and life
Kids are grown the Grandkids too
If I had it to do over again
I would share my world with you
