Poetic-Verses

'' Here On Earth ''

If I die aged seven,
Or one hundred and eleven,
Perhaps healthy or maybe disabled,
How will my person manifest in Heaven?
How exactly will I be labelled?

What form will I take,
Will a new me they make,
They can't possibly leave me infirm,
Will being damaged mean, me they'll forsake,
The very thought does make me squirm.

How will I know,
All those from ago,
My parents my family and friends,
How exactly are we placed on show?
Do we continue to follow the trends?

Do we still have the will,
To maim and kill,
What one loves the other abhors,
Genocide as you know gives the good lord a thrill,
It's he who taught us about wars.

Are our enemies there,
Will we be fully aware?
Of all those sins from our past,
Will we give each other the evil stare,
Some people can make a grudge last.

Will we still eat,
Be it vegetables or meat,
If so then who cooks the meals,
Is life in paradise kept nice and neat,
Where nothingness is what one feels.

Will we still need money?
No, I'm not being funny,
On Earth, we must pay for the lord,
Is it our cash that makes your life sunny?
For some it causes discord.

Are there rich and poor,
Where some live in grandeur,
While the others obey all their orders,
You are after all a great raconteur,
Is Heaven separated by borders.

Is there procreation,
As we do need elation,
Is there still love and hate,
Are there disputes across every nation,
With wars will we still have a date.

As religions are many,
What one if any,
Does the creator say is the one?
Will they still cost us a pretty penny?
On Earth their greed really does stun.

Will we look the same?
Keep our old name,
If so I cannot tell a lie,
Paradise I'm afraid I'd rather disclaim,
I'll remain here after I die.

From what I see,
I just cannot agree,
I'll dictate where my ship will berth,
Wherever we go we cause a melee,
This is Heaven,
