I --want, --to --GO--to --THEM, --and --i --WANT--, to --HELP, --them,--to-- get ,-- their, --HEALTH, --LONGEVITY,--WELLESS--with--FITNESS-- and-- HAPPINESS----a----BACK
But ---this ---is ---WHAT---even--for-------ME--MYSELF--and--I--------that--- i --KNOW
That -another ---CAN --, -and ----WILL----ONLY----DECIDE----for ---THEMSELVES---, just ---WHEN---THEY---are ----GOOD---and---READY--TO--CHANGE--REARRANGE--and--to-----------SACRIFICE---------with--LOYALTY--and---DISCIPlINE-------and-------TO--CHANGE---and--beat--and---WIN---over---their--every--bad--HABIT--and--UNHEALTHY--VICE--and--start--their--LIFE--CHANGING--MOTIVATING--POSITIVE--ROLL
To -THINE.- ownself-. Always -stay, loyal-POSITIVE-, loving, -honest -and -TRUE
And -to -FIRST,- and -FOREMOST,- fall -in -LOVE. -With --YOU--and--YOURSELF--, with --your --HEALTH, --as --your --LONGEVITY,--HAPPINESS,---WELLBEING--- and ---WEALTH--TOO
