I am FEELIN--IT
Just--pure--EXHAUSTION--as--i--awake--and--write--and--HERE--SIT
As i JUST, realized, that today right here and now, is my--MILE-STONE, of being the 16th month --STRAIGHT
That i have been on, my ------mission, quest, and goal-----, to --become --my --very --BEST-- and --change --my-------over-weight-------STATE
Right -now, -at----zero -four -oh ------EIGHT
Im --just--FEELING--very--very-- very------EXHAUSTED--GREAT
Two--eighteen, was my --WEIGHT--, and --milestone-- YESTERDAY
And it took alot outta me, to reach that goal , and its leaving me this early morn, a----EXHAUSTED--GREAT---in--every--WAY
So--- as ---i ---KNOW
Today, my body is telling me to get, more-- hydrated,--and--NUTRITION--and-- rested,-- and --take --it---EASY-- and--SLOW
To-- the --gym,-- i--was-- gonna --get --up-- now --and --drive --and --GO
But---this--i-- now ---KNOW--and--i--BETTER-- just --lay --back--down--, and --most --IMPORTANTlY--LAY--DOWN--RELAX--and --take --it --SLOW, --and --stay --down --OFF--of --my --FEET--and --LOW
