So-this-day-i--didnt--even--think--that--i--would--get--up--and--GO--TO--THE--GYM
But,- someway, -some -how, -step -by -step, ----four -times ----already -TODAY--in--the--GyM--i--was--IN
Once --you --get --into--a--------POSITIVE--ROUTINE--------and-------HABIT-----of------CONSISTANTLY----GOING----to---the---GYM---to--do--your--work--out--and---SWEAT
To -even -think- of ------MISSING ---a ---DAY, -----or -a -----WORK-OUT, ----is -a ---SERIOUS----REGRET
Once -you -set -your --MISSION--, QUEST-- and --GOALS-- FIRMLY----in --STONE
SUCCESS---and---MISSION---ACCOMPLISHMENT--is---what--YOU--STRIVE--THRIVE---and---SURVIVE---to--PROUDLY----OWN
