So,- today-at--, 0700---and--at-----0930----then---at----1130----then---again---at------1530--and--then----and--finished--just--now--at---eighteen--THIRTY So --a ---5---peat--for--the--THIRD---DAY---TODAY------was------ACCOMPLISHED---BY---ME
For -the ----PAST----Fourteen ---DAYS
At -the -twenty -four -hours -fitness--GYM--i--have--been--pushing--and--PUSHING--and--PUSHING--myself--extremely--HARD--in--every--WAY
At -the --GYM,-- in -the --SAUNA----im---a----MOVIN---and--a---GROVIN----and----SWEATIN
And -in -these -past ----fourteen -DAYS ---and -NIGHTS, ---a ---WEIGHT--LOSS--- of-----16----a--POUNDS---i--did---WIN
So,-- i --WAS--at---224---when -i -got -here, -to -my -daughters- house-in--VEGAS
And -i -hit -it -HARD-in -a --RUSH--and --got --DOWN----to-----208.9----AT--long--LAST
I ---just ---knew ---i ---needed ---to ----SWEAT---and---SWEAT--and---SWEAT---it---OUT
And -my -body -was -due -and -READY- to --DROP--these --PAST----SIXTEEN--POUNDS----ABOUT
Before-- this --my --WEIGHT--was --STALEMATE--- at-----225----ever--since--NOVEMBER
So,- for-the -past, -five -months -it -has ---BEEN--an -up -and -down--- FIGHT--and --BATTLE----for--SURE
So -i -1know, --i --NEED--to --MUSCLE--UP
Cause -my -highest -WEIGHT-- of -------404--POUNDS----has--left--much--skin--a--saggin--and---I--have--lost--most--all---of--my--muscle--and--now--down--to------208.9--POUNDS----i--know--im--just--a--weak----PUP
But -i -HAVE-my --MISSION--QUESTS--and --GOALS--in --my ---hEART---and --MIND
And -step -by -baby -step, ----GREAT--SUCCESS------i--am--going--to--FIND
I --know--, i --WRITE--my --DIARY---in --POEM
And -my -life, -living, -and -love,-- story --im- sure -to --SOME--and--maybe--MANY-- is --very --MUNDANE--and--BORING----as----SHOWN
But i know my DESTINY--and--my--FATE
And --my ---mission, ---quests ---and ---goals---, are --to --help --others-- WIN--their-- life, --living, --and --love ---back --when --their --health --IS--AT--SEVERE--RISK-- and ---at ---STAKE
I -have -a -foundation -of -being -an -athlete -all -through -grade -school,- junior- high-, and -high --SCHOOL
Then -i -was -a ----MARINE----for--TWENTY--YEARS--so--that--was--COOL
Then -for -twenty -years -in --NURSING
And --i--took --care- -of --many --many--many--a --folk, --and --was -a --PSYCH---charge--night--nurse--TEN--years--and----------SUPPORT--LOVE--and--CARE---------to--many--an--AILING--and-----VERY--VERY----SICK----ADDICTED----patient----I---DID----BRING
For ---Me--the ----MORBIDLY--OBESE---i---understand--the--MOST---because---i ---LIVED---that---LIFE---and--CARRIED--all--that--OVERWEIGHT--and--BAGGAGE-------------so--BELIEVE--ME---I---FULLY---UNDERSTAND-----the-----overweight----struggle---with---folks----the-----GREATEST
And,- as -i -continue -my -mission,- goals- and -quest, ------first -and-foremost -----for--ME---------one - day, -i -HOPE--to---reach --and--INSPIRE--others --one-- --person--AT --a--time, ------and -help -others--to -achieve---and---be--their--GREATEST--and----very--very---BEST By john d jungers
