'' To Make That Admission ''

You have the say,
In what happens each day,
That is the beauty of living,
Joy or dismay,
No, it's not a clichι,
There is reward in forgiving.

If what's went before,
Is still to the fore,
It's time to ask yourself why,
Trouble in store,
You cannot ignore,
It will hurt till the day you die.

Is it really that bad,
That it makes you sad,
Or is it you just won't let go,
It will drive you mad,
That dispute that you had,
Each day it continues to grow.

Too stubborn to repent,
Your ire you vent,
While it's you who's hurting inside,
Though it wasn't meant,
You'll never be content,
Until you clear that divide.

To tango takes two,
You need someone to sue,
But none of you will admit you were wrong,
I'll give you a clue,
Why not make it you?
Believe me it shows you are strong.

Everyone has erred,
Souls have been bared,
But what's gone is now in the past,
A problem shared,
Means you're prepared,
To ensure your feud doesn't last.

Don't let it spread,
It just causes dread,
It then becomes a war of attrition,
What's left unsaid,
Can't be heard when you're dead,
It's takes courage,
