Indiscriminate shootings,
devastating bombings
Nonstop news of such acts
of outrageous killings
Has it become a way of life
in these perilous times
Is there no way to stop all
these violent crimes
Crimes against the humanity
in the name of some cause
Ongoing acts of terror all over
the world without a pause
It is time for a new savior to come
down to this tormented earth
The tortured humanity is eagerly
awaiting this deliverer's birth
