My -HEART, -and -MIND,- can -only -take,- so -so-so---MUCH
Before my BODY, gets SICK, and comes down with a COLDS, as SUCH
When my HEART, and MIND
Gets-- OVERWHELMED --and --STRESSED,-- i -get -sick -with -colds -congestion, -and -cough, -sometimes -i --FIND
I --constantly --constantly--constantly--will-- PRAY,--- and --PRAY,-- and --PRAY, --for- the --STRESS, --to --pass --and --go --AWAY
But in all things, sometimes the --STRESS, __prolongs, and just wont dissolve, problems in your own power you just cant solve, and the --STRESS-,---- lingers -lingers-lingers------and ------uncomfortably-----stays-stays--and---STAYS
My MIND and my HEART
Become overwhelmed with stress, keeping me from, being at my best,and feeling much less, in my body in every PART
So, many things go through my --HEART, --and --MIND
Bringing --great----STRESS--, to -my --BODY--, i --FIND
Through --PRAYER
I call out to our --LOVING, -GOD, --and i know, that he.-- CARES
When -my --HEART, --and -MY,-- MIND
Carry so much of a burden, my --BODY--, gets overwhelmed, and sick with colds i --FIND
Seems im always ---worrying, worrying, worrying, ---about everybody else, ---MORE, and, MORE, and, MORE
But this moment at ---0434-----after -hardly. --A--Wink --of --rest--or--sleep, --I've ---gotta --take --care --of --me -myself --now-- for----SURE
