STALEMATE
My -weight -loss -progress- is -very -slow- still--and--LATE
No --real --PROGRESS
Am ---i ---seeing,--- even ---im ---doing ---my ---very---best--- of ---my ---BEST
My body is staying pretty much put at Two twenty five or -SO
And not staying consistantly lower than that ya --KNOW
I --could --drop --weight --faster-- if --i --really--want--to--and-- WISH
But i know its more practical and life changing healthy to hold at --225--as--THIS
I pushed myself in the sauna, with sweat, and weight loss water weight about, a month ago or --SO
Then i got down to ------208-------but couldnt hold that weight so dehydrated --LOW
So at --225--i continue my mission and my quest,to get down below two hundred, as, my--mission and --PLAN
And will continue as always slow but sure--THAN
So not too much more about that fact to --SAY
Just that tommorrow is another day, to do and continue my mission my quest and find my --WAY
