When you --MICRO-MANAGE--another
That --unfair, controlling--controlling--controlling--emotional--roller--coaster---and--manner--will--STIFLE--STRANGLE--HARM--HINDER--and--DAMAGE---and---DEEPLY--DEEPLY---DEEPLY----HURT----a----person----greater--greater--greater-----than--any--OTHER
If a person, they--FEAR--, to --make-- a --little---MISTAKE
Then --on --their --OWN-- they --can --never --never--never--believe--in--- themselves-- that --they---are ----GREATER-- than- -GREAT---and--GREATNESS--freely--confidently----CREATE
MICRO--MANAGEMENT
To other causes hate hurt and--RESENT
A MICRO--MANAGER
They believe that their way is the only way, --for-- such egotistical and selfish control--very--disrespectfully, and uncaringly, not --fairingly-- and arrogant--SURE
MICRO--MANAGEMENT--will--stifle--stifle--stifle--and-KILL--initiative--GREAT
Those who live to--shame, blame, and put down, when they -------MICRO--MICRO--MICRO--MANAGE-------will--fall--falter--and--fail--sooner--than--LATE
A MICRO--MANAGER
Their- heart -intentions- are--to ------ shame --shame--shame--------and-- control --and--put --another --to ------blame -blame--blame------and --hurt --for--SURE
With--the--.CONTROLLING--CONTROLLING--CONTROLLING---STIFLiNG--SUFFROCATING--SICKENING---EXHAUSTING---UNFAIR------- MICRO-MANAGEMENT
It will---NOT---- promote --GREATNESS--- but will only --incite --riot --with --hate--and--get --eveness--pay--back-- and --RESENT
If you do no show, all, others great care concern, consideration, compassion, and--RESPECT
The same in turn from others is what in the long run your gonna--rightly--regret--and--GET
Go ahead and control and --MICRO--MANAGE, --shame blame hurt, and -- them --at--your--free--selfish--WILL
People will --never --never--never--forget, never forget, just exactly how you ------MIS-TREATED------them, and one day you will realize that with your--MICRO--MANAGEGEMENT- in another their initiative and their own creativeness--you--did--KILL
Micro-management is wrong blameful, inconsiderate, ruthless , unkind, --hard --and --bad
When a person is micro-managed from every step that they make every breathe that they take, it stifles them strangles them and. Knocks the wind outta them --making them feel---so --down --dumb--stupid--worthless--and --sad
MANAGE,--- with ---LOVE, ---CARE, ---CONCERN---,CONSIDERATION, ---COMPASSION,--- and-----give--ALL---others---generous---due --DIGNITY----and----great---great----great----RESPECT
Then right back in return wonderfully and lovingly well thats. Fact and thats what your gonna --GET
