Around -the -track -today, -took -me -a -little --WHILE
So --my --GOAL Was-- to --walk --a ----TWENTY--MINUTE--MILE---ya --KNOW
So -the -first -mile -that -i -did --, my -time -was ------21-minutes- and -52--seconds,----- in --COMPLETE So --i --was --way --short-- on --my --twenty -minute-- mile --GOAL--and ---FEAT
So -again -i -made -an -attempt -and --PUSHED---ALOT--- HARDER-- and --my --MILE--WALKING--TIME--was ------20-minutes-and-26-seconds------and --DONE/> So,--- now--- i ---know ---my ---MARK---, and ---what ---IMPROVEMENT----that---, i ---need ----to ---DO,---and ---at ---least ---my ---WALKING--- NOW---- has ----begun---and---one---DAY---AGAIN---my---MISSION---QUEST---and---GOAL---is---to---again---get---up---early---early---early---in---the---morning---and---go---on---a---LONG---LONG---LONG---RUN
So, ---i ---have ---STARTED----TODAY And ---i ---CAN---only ---get ---BETTER---BETTER---BETTER--- and ---BETTER---, and ---STRONGER---STRONGER---STRONGER---and---STRONGER--, and ---FASTER---and---FASTER---and----FASTER--- and ---FASTER----EVERY-DAY-----in -----EVERYWAY
