Long night
insomnia until morning light
Shadows were moving
Noises spiders moving about
Somewhere in the distance
A crying out
the bad guys were about
Thought morning
would never come
and then
Kissed by the morning sun
An Angel kisses me awake
The best of the day I must make
Evil fades away
Up and start the day
Each dawn
Is the beginning
of a new life
Time to wake up the wife
Fresh coffee is perking
Days chores shirking
Woke up the neighbors dog
Some one taking a morning jog
Lawn freshly mowed
to the dump another load
Yeah too the neighbors dog
Threw back in his yard the log
Put on a little jazz
what can go wrong already has
Put smile on your face
go out and join the human race
And the car won't start
And here is the exciting part
I have become wise
another day in paradise
kissed by the morning Sun
