i-went-on-a-litte-WALK--here--in--Temecula,California--and--although-im-a-litte-OLD--and--stiff-this-was-a--GOOD--HUSTLE--and-BIRTHDAY-GIFT--for--ME
Before, last night that i --DEPARTED--on--this--little--WALK
my-daughter-said-DAD-how-long-are-you-gonna-walk-its-ALREADY-LATE,-i-told-her-i-was-not-really-sure,--then-i-said-to-HER,-I--REALLY--WONT--BE--PROUD--OF--MYSELF--UNTIL-I--PULL--a--TWELVE--she-heard-ME--TALK
She-then-said-DAD-you-are-CRAZY
and-i-went-on-MY--WAY--fancy--and--FREE
A--CHAMPION--doesnt--BECOME--The--BEST--and--GREAT
by-being-average-and-mediocre--and--getting--up-and-movin--and--grovin--LATE
We-are---ALL---at----DIFFERENT----LEVELS---of-FITNESS
it---REALLY--matters---NOT--how--high--any--other--can-climb-run-walk-jump-or-swim-and-hike-and-bike-------ALL--THAT--MATTERS--is--US--OURSELF--and--to--SET--short-realistic-DOABLE--ATTAINABLE--GOALS--and--be--the--CHAMPiON--in--our--OWN--HEART--and--strive-thrive-and-SURVIVE--to--BE--and--BECOME--our--GREATEST----Minnesota--G-R-I--Z-Z-L-E-Y--BEST--of--OUR--BEST
